If you buy your next home with Lappin Properties, we will sell your current home for a 5% commission. That is 2% paid to Lappin Properties and 3% paid to the realtor that brings the buyer of your home.

Real estate brokerage commissions are not set in stone. We know technology gets the job done much more efficiently and cost effectively. The economics are simple: we want to pass those savings on to our clients. We do not cut our prices, we offer what we think is a a fair commission structure, and we put more money in our clients' pockets. This is our main priority.
However, if you are looking for the cheapest commission rates, we may not be the best fit for you.
